Every year since 2016, Flourish Women Retreat has provided a haven of calm, rest, recouperation, friendship and inspiration for women from all walks of life who just need to "pause" for 48 hours from the flurry of every day life, to take time out just to be still...

 

Rest is so much more than sleeping, it is a time to stop, to cease from movement,

to repose just for a while to gather strength for our life journey ahead.
