Flourish Women was founded in the autumn of 2012 with a clear purpose: to create a nurturing community where women from all walks of life could find strength, encouragement, and purpose. Flourish Women is a space designed to foster connection, inspire growth, and empower women to overcome challenges and achieve their God-given potential.
What began as a local initiative has blossomed into a movement with an international reach.
Flourish Women now connects and supports women across the UK, US, and Europe, building bridges across cultures and experiences. We believe in the transformative power of shared journeys and the unyielding spirit of women coming together.
Through a variety of events, Flourish Women has consistently touched and enriched lives.
From our intimate prayer breakfasts to impactful conferences, uplifting empowerment days, and relaxed brunches, every gathering is designed with love and intention. Our flagship event, the annual Flourish Retreat, stands as a testament to our commitment to creating moments of renewal, fellowship, and personal development.

Our latest addition, Flourish Mentoring, represents a natural extension of our mission. Led by Dee, this one-to-one and/ or group mentoring programme offers personalised guidance to help you live well, live strong, and pursue your purpose with confidence.
