Hey ladies, welcome to the Flourish Women community!
I am the founder and director of Flourish Women, a community that supports and inspires women across the UK and beyond. I started Flourish Women in the autumn of 2012 to explore important conversations that resonate with women at every stage of life.
Flourish Women is a safe space where women can find, in the company of others, answers of peace, the wisdom of God for the circumstances of life, and faith-inspired ideas and insights for living resourcefully. Through this network, we create opportunities for connection, growth, and empowerment.
In addition to our staple menu of quarterly brunches and annual weekend retreats, we offer Flourish Mentoring, which provides 1-to-1 online consultations and masterclass webinars. These resources are designed to support all the key areas of women’s lives: spiritual, vocational, relational, emotional, financial, physical, and mental health.
Honestly, I never imagined myself creating a network for women to connect, but I’ve learned that a great idea combined with a little courage can lead to incredible things!
With a background in business management and as a qualified guidance practitioner, I’ve spent over 20 years coaching young people and adults to succeed in their life and career choices. My career has spanned business management, recruitment, and for the last 10 years, I have been working closely with global enterprises in management consulting.
I’m also the author of the Roses & Thorns devotional series and love mentoring and coaching people on their vocational and career journeys. My goal is to empower women to live their best lives with confidence, strength, and a sense of purpose.
Outside of work, I love travelling, meeting new people, and watching property development shows! They remind me of how you can take something that seems like nothing and turn it into something truly special.
I’m passionate about helping others and excited to walk alongside women as they discover all of life’s blessings and opportunities. Together, let’s see how we can flourish!
